We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining attendance records, managing vehicle running charts, tracking the activities of our sales representatives, and documenting all relevant information accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate attendance records for all staff.
Manage and update vehicle running charts.
Monitor and track the activities and progress of sales representatives.
Document all relevant information meticulously and ensure records are up-to-date.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,Corel draw and photoshop ).
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
