What You'll Do:
1. Drive dealer network expansion and channel partner acquisition
2. Onboard, train, and enable new dealers
3. Oversee after-sales and parts support
4. Strengthen existing dealer relationships and performance
5. Facilitate leasing and financing solutions for dealers
6. Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities
7. Prepare regular performance reports
What We're Looking For:
1. Age 25 – 45 years
2. G.C.E. A/L qualified
3. 3+ years in sales & 2+ years in channel development
4. Automotive industry background preferred
5. Computer literate (MS Office, Internet, Email)
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan regions
8. Valid driving and riding license
