THE JOB ROLE:
Take charge of the daily E-KYC workflow by actively conducting video verification calls, executing manual NIC checks, and ensuring a seamless, highly accurate customer on-boarding experience.
Monitor and manage the end-to-end user self-sign-up process, strictly verifying user-entered data against uploaded identification documents and managing the daily application queue.
Promptly and accurately route any AML name matches or applications requiring secondary review to FD & Savings Operations for clearance and compliance processing.
Handle the daily processing of mobile app-related financial disputes, reversals, and customer feedback raised through the Call Center, in-app messages, and email.
Maintain meticulous records of all manual verification actions and prepare regular summaries on on-boarding volumes, EKYC turnaround times, and dispute resolution metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Finance related field, or an equivalent qualification for recognized university or institute; a Master's degree is preferred.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in banking operations or Digital Banking Services.
Strong understanding of digital banking regulations, including electronic KYC processes and digital signature compliance, with the ability to support regulatory and operational requirements.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and the ability to proactively identify risks, multitask, and adapt to evolving digital work flows.
