【~】✪ Guide and motivate sales team to reach individual and team targets

【~】✪ Develop and grow dealer network by identifying potential locations

【~】✪ Analyze market behavior and TIV for strategic planning

【~】✪ Conduct sales promotions and customer engagement activities

【~】✪ Maintain proper stock levels and ensure display standards

【~】✪ Gather competitor insights and share with management

【~】✪ Manage debtor portfolios and enforce FIFO in invoicing
