💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

Must-Have:

Proven experience in merchant success, account management, or post-sales support (preferably in fintech/payments)

Familiarity with merchant onboarding platforms

Track record of reducing churn and hitting retention KPIs

Comfort working across multiple internal teams

Strong analytical & interpersonal skills

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

Manage assigned merchant portfolio during first 6 months post-deployment

Conduct structured merchant follow-ups & engagement activities

Ensure merchants remain active and fully supported post-onboarding

Identify churn risks & proactively engage to reduce drop-off

Ensure timely issue resolution & support delivery

Support collections follow-up for rentals & pending payments

Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs

Coordinate with Sales, Deployment, Customer Success, and Finance teams
