【~】✪ Billing & invoice accuracy.

【~】✪ Receivables reporting & tracking.

【~】✪ Commission & agent clearance.

【~】✪ Escalation management.

【~】✪ Cross-functional coordination.

Nice to have:

【~】✪ Prior experience in fintech or payments receivables.

【~】✪ Collections leadership or financial reconciliation experience.

【~】✪ Proven ability to drive overdue recovery and maintain billing accuracy.

【~】✪ Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance.

【~】✪ Familiarity with PAYable workflows, commission processes, and merchant settlement cycles is a strong advantage.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 : | # 💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :

【~】✪ Oversee daily Merchant Receivables operations and coordinate the receivables team.

【~】✪ Monitor collections performance across rentals, pending payments, and overdue balances.

【~】✪ Drive overdue recovery and minimize aged receivables.

【~】✪ Ensure timely payment settlement and financial reconciliation.

【~】✪ Monitor billing accuracy across invoices and quotations.

【~】✪ Ensure all receivables logs, trackers, and reports are updated accurately.

【~】✪ Support commission process and agent clearance activities.

【~】✪ Manage escalations related to collections, settlements, and reconciliation.

【~】✪ Coordinate with Sales, Merchant Success, Operations, and Finance teams.

【~】✪ Maintain strong performance across all assigned KPIs.
