Qualifications:

• G.C.E. A/L or equivalent (school leavers are encouraged to apply).

• Basic computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.

• Verify and correct data to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Organize and maintain electronic files.

• Perform routine administrative tasks as needed.

• Assist with generating reports as required.
