Owinmo Hotels Group in Galle is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with strong digital marketing expertise to lead brand growth and increase online visibility across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns for Owinmo Hotels Group

• Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, Google Ads, and online campaigns

• Oversee website content, SEO, and online booking performance

• Handle and monitor online reservations, including OTA platforms and direct bookings, ensuring accuracy and performance optimization

• Develop partnerships and promotions to increase direct bookings

• Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights

• Coordinate branding, events, and advertising activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in marketing (hospitality experience is an advantage)

• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media marketing, paid ads, SEO, and analytics

• Experience with content creation and online brand management

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset
