The property has been recently renovated and is scheduled for its grand opening in December 2026. The Role
You will be responsible for the overall success and operation of the unit, including pre-opening preparations. This is a crucial, high-autonomy role requiring you to lead by example and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and profitability, embodying our commitment to high-quality service.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Operational Management: Oversee all daily functions, ensuring smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
Team Leadership: Manage, train, and motivate a small team of dedicated staff. Foster a positive and professional work environment centered on service.
Guest Experience: Ensure the highest standards of personalized service are consistently delivered, handling guest feedback and maintaining excellent reviews.
Revenue Focus: Monitor financials, control operational costs, and actively seek ways to optimize revenue and occupancy.
Communication: Fluency in English is required (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with international guests and handle administrative tasks.
Candidate Profile
Essential Experience: Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management is mandatory.
OR: A recent graduate from a recognized Hospitality Management program with exceptional motivation and leadership potential will also be considered.
What We Offer
Accommodation: Ideally, this position requires the candidate to reside on-site in dedicated accommodation adjacent to the hotel property.
Compensation: A competitive structure that includes:
A Fixed Salary component based on experience and skills, ranging from LKR 80,000 to LKR 100,000 per month.
A Variable component based on the achievement of specific performance objectives (e.g., occupancy rates, guest reviews, profitability).
