Position Overview:
AK Karaoke Club is seeking an experienced Club Manager to oversee our club’s operations, focusing on providing an exceptional experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or entertainment management, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for creating a lively, enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and event coordination.
2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and provide excellent customer service.
3. Customer Experience: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing feedback, ensuring prompt service, and managing guest relations.
4. Budgeting and Financial Oversight: Track sales, manage budgets, and work towards achieving revenue targets. Handle financial reporting and ensure efficient cost control.
5. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and manage risk to guarantee a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality, nightlife, or entertainment industry.
2. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
3. Strong organizational skills and familiarity with budgeting, inventory, and customer relationship management.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle high-stress situations professionally.
