ใ~ใโช BSc or Degree equivalent in Supply Chain management, Logistics, Business administration or business management
ใ~ใโช Good IT knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PPT)
ใ~ใโช Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in retail or similar capacity
ใ~ใโช Minimum of 2 years in a management position-
ใ~ใโช Experience in working under pressure.
ใ~ใโช Familiarity with vendor Management
ใ~ใโช Working knowledge in both oral and written to compliment the effectiveness of the job role.
ใ~ใโช Consistency and accuracy and be proactive for timely actions, initiatives to prevent disruptions to the workflow of the operation โ HO and the Outlets

ใ~ใโช To manage and assist all distribution center functions
ใ~ใโช To work in partnership with Supply Chain team & specialists in support Centre to add value to the chain
ใ~ใโช Understand business requirements, agreeing corrective action and following through all improvements required
ใ~ใโช Administer KPIโs and report, continually seek to improve service levels, KPI performance and cost effectiveness
ใ~ใโช Manage budgets efficiently
ใ~ใโช Liaise with required teams for support
ใ~ใโช Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner
ใ~ใโช Ensure a smooth and efficient operation between SPAR and DC
ใ~ใโช Manage all aspects of the 3PL logistics contract day to day and manage all inbound assembly and Outbound activities
ใ~ใโช Review and analyze contact performance against agreed KPIโs
ใ~ใโช Contract and business requirements, agreeing corrective action and following through all improvements required
ใ~ใโช Ensure service levels are maintained in line with the contracted requirements and wider business goals
ใ~ใโช Administer KPIโs and report, continually seek to improve service levels, KPI performance and cost effectiveness
ใ~ใโช Identify, implement, manage and measure - to realization - opportunities to control or reduce costs
ใ~ใโช Monitor the 3PL use of agreed processes, agreeing corrective action where required. Especially in relation to stock file management and integrity
ใ~ใโช Manage contract budgets
ใ~ใโช Ensure proper validation of all 3PL invoices, maintain control and report on financial performance of each operation
ใ~ใโช Ensure all third parties comply with all necessary legislation
ใ~ใโช Support and communicate with the following functional heads on a regular basis: Logistics Manager, CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Procurement Manager[s] & Operations Manager Co-responsibility for one direct report โ GRV Executive
ใ~ใโช Maintain an effective working relationship with all 3PL operator management teams
ใ~ใโช Liaise with Store Operations teams to ensure all service challenges are met in the most cost effective and efficient manner and within budget
ใ~ใโช Work with the Commercial and Finance Manager to minimize risk and financial exposure
ใ~ใโช Liaise with the procurement team on business requirement and agreeing activity presenting challenges on potential stock issues (FEFO/ near expired stock, expired stock, returns, damages etc.)
ใ~ใโช Liaise with the Operations team on contribution to the effective operation of the store by managing the 3PL operators to support store operational requirements.
ใ~ใโช Liaise with the Risk team regarding working with the nominated Group security in charge to deter stock loss whilst maintaining an image of positive and excellent customer service
ใ~ใโช Liaise with the IT team in order to maintain an effective relationship that will allow an environment of collaborative development to support the development of Supply Chain systems
ใ~ใโช Manage and support the Receiving Team in place at the Distribution Centre ensuring correct rostering and training for these individuals to cover the business needs
ใ~ใโช Analyze and maintain accurate receiving procedures
ใ~ใโช Maintain Stock Security within the Distribution Centre and within the delivery vehicles
ใ~ใโช Ensure, maintain and follow up on โDrop and Goโ delivery system
ใ~ใโช Ensure a world class service and experience is offered to all SPAR customers
ใ~ใโช Ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner
ใ~ใโช Ensure all inbound and outbound activities are managed effectively
ใ~ใโช Ensure to complete the project within the budgets.
ใ~ใโช Collaboration with peers to ensure overall company strategy and financial objectives are met.
