Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to help manage apartment rentals and handle data entry tasks. The ideal candidate is efficient, proactive, and tech-savvy, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing apartment rental processes, including advertising vacancies, screening tenants, and coordinating viewings.
* Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, payments, and other relevant documentation.
* Perform data entry tasks to ensure timely and accurate updating of records.
* Respond to tenant inquiries and coordinate maintenance or repair requests.
* Prepare reports and summaries as needed.
* Handle other administrative tasks related to apartment management and general business operations.
Qualifications:
* Prior experience in property management or administrative assistance is a plus.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
