We are leading company providing vehicle services to all kind of vehicle repairs in Biyagama.

We are looking for an energetic candidate for the post of Maintenance cum Administrative Officer.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Health & Safety Education.

【~】✪ Sound knowledge on working on MS Office.

【~】✪ Good command in English.

【~】✪ Basic knowledge on procurement

【~】✪ Excellent organizing and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ Experience min 3 years in similar capacity.

【~】✪ Ability to work extended hours when required.

【~】✪ Only male candidates are encouraged to apply.

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

【~】✪ Premises Maintenance – Supervise the maintenance of premises including offices, board rooms, meeting rooms, workshop, wash rooms, dining areas, surrounding & waste management.

【~】✪ Supervision of office assistants and janitorial staff, attending to repair works.

【~】✪ Effective coordination with administration staff.

【~】✪ Response promptly to maintenance needs

【~】✪ A positive attitude with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

【~】✪ Coordinate matters related to a renovation & new construction projects.

【~】✪ Procurement – Purchase/ obtain of maintenance related equipment and services.

【~】✪ Utility services & related affairs.

【~】✪ Maintaining Health & safety.

# ✅ 𝐁𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐅𝐈𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Attractive salary package will be offered depending on qualifications & experience.

【~】✪ Working Hours (Monday to Saturday 7.30 AM - 5.30 PM)

【~】✪ Salary Range (45,000 LKR – 55,000 LKR)
