💼 POSITION : Loan Officer

💠 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

【~】✪ Assist clients in securing home loans and property financing options.

【~】✪ Evaluate creditworthiness and financial background of clients.

【~】✪ Guide clients through the loan application process.

【~】✪ Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, and internal departments.

【~】✪ Maintain accurate loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

【~】✪ Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in a similar financial role.

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of loan processes and banking regulations.

【~】✪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

【~】✪ Ability to analyze financial data and assess risk.

【~】✪ Prior experience in the real estate or financial sector is an added advantage.
