💠 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

【~】✪ Maintaining and overseeing financial records and accounting principles.

【~】✪ Ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and financial laws.

【~】✪ Managing financial reporting, accounting software, and MS Excel tasks.

💠 REQUIREMENTS

For Accountant:

【~】✪ Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Related Field.

【~】✪ Professional qualifications in CA/CMA/ACCA.

【~】✪ Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field.

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.

For Accounts Executive:

【~】✪ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

【~】✪ Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts, preferably in real estate or construction.

【~】✪ Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.

【~】✪ Attention to detail, accuracy, and knowledge of local tax regulations.
