As a Lead Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design: Create custom business applications using Power Apps, automate workflows with Power Automate, and develop data visualization solutions using Power BI.
Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Power Platform developers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices.
Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use the developed solutions.
Keep up to date with the latest features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.
Qualifying Criteria:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in the Microsoft Power Platform.
Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other related technologies. Strong understanding of data modelling, SQL, and integration techniques.
Power Platform Developer (PL 400) is MANDATORY; Power Platform Solution Architect (PL 600) is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
