We have a vacancy for a Chef to lead the kitchen in our boutique hotel.
The ideal candidate will be:
• Have Hotel/Villa/Restaurant experience of more than 3 years
• Catering and Events experience of more than 1 year
• Living in or close to Kotte
Job Requirements:
• Food preparation and presentation
• Expertise in Western, Chinese, Sri Lankan and modern fusion cuisine.
• Must have considerable knowledge of cost control, menu planning and food handling/ hygiene
• Kitchen management, inventory and costing
• Ability to perform in busy hours.
• Knowledge of health & safety, stock management and ordering
• Able and will to do all aspects of kitchen work as required
• Proven records of working as a Pastry chef will be added advantage
• Professionally qualified
The selected candidate will receive an attractive package (based on experience).
Salary's starting at Rs 70,000
