đ Prepare and knead dough for different types of rotis.
đ Ensure the freshness, texture, and taste of the bread meet quality standards.
đ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the cooking area at all times.
đ Monitor ingredients stock and report shortages.
đ Assist in food preparation tasks as needed (e.g., rolling dough,
helping with other dishes).
đ Follow all food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols.
đ Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
