Kitchen Helper – Anuradhapura

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen operations and assist the culinary team in delivering high-quality meals. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Assist chefs with food preparation and kitchen duties.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.

• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients as instructed.

• Ensure kitchen equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and organized.

• Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations during service hours.

• Help with stock handling and proper storage of ingredients.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment is an advantage.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

• Ability to follow instructions and maintain discipline in the workplace.
