We are hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to assist with cooking as well as support daily kitchen operations, including preparing ingredients (washing, cutting, portioning), basic food preparation, helping with plating during service, and following recipes and instructions from the chef. Duties also include maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, cleaning kitchen surfaces and equipment, washing dishes and utensils, organizing storage areas (labeling, FIFO, temperature checks), and keeping the kitchen clean and efficient during busy hours. The candidate should be punctual, hardworking, able to work under pressure, and available for flexible shifts (including weekends/holidays).
