Qualifications & Responsibilities:
*02+ years experience in travel bookings
*Strong customer service skills. (English/Sinhala)
*Accurate with itineraries and pricing.
*Manage bookings & supplier coordination.
*Monitor trips, and handle changes.
*Flexible, and able to work night shifts.
