About the Role
Structa Engineering & Contractors (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys client interaction and wants to build a career in sales within the construction and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to walk-in, phone, online, and social media inquiries from prospective clients.
• Assist in explaining Structa’s services, project offerings, and design packages to clients.
• Coordinate with the design and technical teams to obtain information required by clients.
• Follow up with leads, quotations, and proposals to support conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of client inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Support senior sales staff in meetings, presentations, and client coordination.
• Ensure professional handling of client communications and deliverables.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (Sinhala/Tamil will be an advantage).
• Confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, CRM tools).
• Willingness to work full-time from the office in Kollupitiya.
