# 💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE

# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :

• Process payroll accurately and on time.

• All Roasters Schedule and Management.

• Handle payroll related inquiries from employees and management.

•Prepare and distribute payroll reports as needed.

• Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality.

•Implement HRIS system coordinate with Hsenid Team

• Create and Update all employees personal files

•Handle EPF & ETF payments and claims on time.

• HR related budget Handling.

# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

•Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Qualification in HRM.

• Minimum 2 years - payroll experience is must

• Sound knowledge in MS Office package

• Experienced in HRIS (hsenid)is must.

• Experienced in EPF/ETF related matters and documentation.

• Letter drafting ability

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision..

• Age below 35 years

• Similar capacity for F & B industry will be added advantage.
