Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

1–2 years of HR experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

Basic knowledge of HR practices and labour regulations

Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes

Support employee engagement initiatives

Assist in performance management processes
