Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding candidates.
Coordinate with candidates to schedule interviews and ensure a smooth and professional interview experience.
Handle pre-employment documentation and verification to support efficient on-boarding.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar capacity.
Posses a degree in Human Resources, or Professional Qualification in related field.
An extroverted personality with excellent communication skills.
Be computer literate (MS Office package).
