Junior Executive-Factory Operation

• Handing Factory operation to meet the customer demands

• Communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including solving problems and complaints

• Monitor and improve pickup and delivery process to meet the customer demands

• Assess performance of employees and identify the areas required for improvement to increase employee productivity level

• Give prompt response to customer inquiries.

• Maintain and Improve quality standards.

• Forecast & follow-up on staffing, workload & performance result to meet business demand

• Achieve daily and monthly productivity targets and other KPIs, and improve and maintain the infrastructure facilities for the operation
