Key Responsibilities

- Respond to all customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

- Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and effective solutions.

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications & Skills

- GCE O/L and/or A/L qualified.

- Prior experience in Customer Service environment will be a definite advantage.

- Ability to communicate in Sinhala or Tamil, and English.

- Friendly and courteous voice and attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
