Key Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
• Manage front desk operations and incoming calls
• Maintain records and perform basic administrative tasks
Requirements
• Applicants aged 23 years and above are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Pleasant personality with a customer-oriented attitude
• Previous experience in customer service or reception will be an advantage
