Are you passionate about fashion and driven to curate the latest trends? Infinite Business Ventures is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Buyer to join our team. We're proud owners of two dynamic fashion brands, De Dapper and Be Desi, known for their unique styles and quality designs.
Responsibilities:
◾ Assist in selecting and purchasing merchandise for De Dapper and Be Desi, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and market demands.
◾ Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to make informed buying decisions.
◾ Collaborate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships to secure the best products at competitive prices.
◾ Assist in inventory management, including stock allocation and monitoring to optimize sales and minimize overstock situations.
◾ Work closely with the senior buying team to learn and contribute to the overall procurement strategy.
EXPERIENCE & OVERVIEW
Prior experience in retail buying or a relevant internship would be advantageous.
REQUIREMENTS
◾ A keen eye for fashion trends and a passion for the industry.
◾ Strong analytical and numerical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
◾ Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
◾ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
◾ Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related fields is preferred.
