Sewing Machine Operator - JUKI
We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our Client’s Company at Piliyandala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality garments while meeting daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate sewing machines efficiently to achieve daily production goals.
Perform quality sewing operations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Qualifications:
Completed or currently pursuing O/L examination.
Prior experience in sewing or a related field is an advantage but not required.
Salary: Highest Salary in market
Negotiable based on skills and experience:
Grade C: Rs. 37,000 + OT + 2 bonus per year
Grade B: Rs. 40,000 + OT + 2 bonus per year
Grade A: Rs. 48,000 + OT + 2 bonus per year
Working hours - Mon – Fri 8.00a.m. – 5.00 p.m. , Saturday – 8.00a.m. – 1.15p.m.(half day)
Location – Piliyandala – (Accommodation is available)
Additional Benefits:
Two bonuses per annum.
Care package valued at Rs. 7,500 per quarter.
