ใ~ใ Good knowledge of automobile servicing and repair processes
ใ~ใ Excellent coordination and communication skills
ใ~ใ Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
ใ~ใ Strong leadership and decision-making capability
ใ~ใ Ability to support the workshop in achieving daily and monthly targets
ใ~ใ Willingness to work overtime when required to meet delivery schedules

ใ~ใ Allocate technicians for servicing, repairs, accident jobs, PDI, and unloading
ใ~ใ Monitor workshop workflow and productivity
ใ~ใ Support HR functions, staff training, and discipline matters
ใ~ใ Maintain technical documentation and publications
