• We are looking for an IT Technician to join our team at

Kadawatha.

Responsibility:

• Installs, maintains, and repairs hardware, software, and network

systems, provides technical support to end-users, and performs

troubleshooting to ensure smooth IT operations.

• System installation and configuration, diagnosing and resolving

technical issues, managing user accounts, maintaining hardware

and software inventories, and performing data backups.

• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and communication

skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certification in computer hardware with networking.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in computer hardware,

networking, and troubleshooting.

• knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems,

and Networking.

• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and replace faulty hardware

components.

• Good understanding of hardware , network configuration, and

software installation.

• Only candidates residing near the Kadawatha area will be

considered.

• Salary Rs. 35,000/=
