IT Technician
As a Field Customer Support Executive/Technician you will be a part of our talented technical team to offer services to corporate level customers on site.
Pre-Requisites:
Higher Diploma/Diploma in information technology/Computer Science from a recognized university/institute.
NVQ Level 4 (National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in Sri Lanka)
1 years of experience in a similar IT support / technician role.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT Equipment(Specially-Notebook/Tabs PCs.
Having a valid motorbike license / motorbike will be an added advantage.

සපුරාලිය යුතු සුදුසුකම්,
▪︎ පිළිගත් විශ්ව විද්යාලයක හෝ පිළිගත් ආයතනයක තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණය / පරිගණක විද්යාව පිළිබඳ ඩිප්ලෝමාවක්
▪︎ NVQ 4 සපුරාලීම හෝ තොරතුරු තාක්ෂණික භූමිකාවක වසරක පලපුරුද්ද
▪︎ Laptop / පරිගණක / ටැබ් වැනි තාක්ෂණික උපකරණ වල දෝෂ හඳුනාගෙන ඒවා අලුත් වැඩියා කිරීමේ හැකියාව
▪︎ රියදුරු බලපත්රය සමග චතුරුපැදියක් තිබීම අමතර සුදුසුකමකි.
