IT Support Executive

We are Entec Computer Systems (PVT) LTD based in Rajagiriya and we specialize in all IT related services,

and with our ongoing growth, we require the services of a Computer Technician with very good knowledge in Hardware & Software.

Job Role:

- Ability to troubleshoot of all hardware and software Issues.

- Assembling of computers.

- Installation of windows operating systems (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11), drivers, software's, printers.

- Should have a knowledge of every IT related component.

- Ability to configure mail servers and Familiar with MS Outlook

- Ability to face to clients.

- Knowledge to Re-assemble laptop (Laptop Service, Keyboard Change, Display Change)

- Basic Network Knowledge (Computer Sharing, Printer Sharing)

- Basic Electronic knowledge will be an added advantage

- CCTV & Network services

- On-site customer support services

Job Requirements:

- Age should be below 35

- It is better to live in around Colombo area

- Valid motorcycle driving license.
