Job Role

As a Field customer Support Executive/Technician you will Be a part of our talented technical Team to offer services to corporate level customers on site.

Location: Colombo

Requirements :

Ability to troubleshoot and repair of IT Equipment( Specially –Notebook/Tabs PCs

Good Knowledge and understand on IT Products /Technologies (Hardware, Software and Network)

Higher Diploma/Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized University/institute or equivalent professional Qualification

1-2 Years experience in similar role’

Must possess Excellent Communication skills and Customer service skills
