Key Responsibilities:
Carry out testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems
Attend breakdowns, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime
Supervise technicians and coordinate service activities
Maintain service reports, documentation, and system records
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and compliance with safety standards
Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field
2–3 years of experience in central AC installation and maintenance
Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and refrigeration cycles
Ability to read technical drawings and troubleshoot system faults
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
