【~】✪ Diploma or Higher Diploma in IT or related field

【~】✪ Strong problem-solving, communication, and networking 【~】✪ skills Willingness to work outside regular hours and provide on-call support for critical issues

【~】✪ Troubleshoot networks, manage VPNs, and document setups

【~】✪ Ensure data center performance, backups, and server uptime

【~】✪ Implement security measures and manage user access

【~】✪ Maintain IT records and offer user training
