【~】✪IT Support: Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, provide real-time tech support

【~】✪Network & Security: Maintain secure and reliable Wi-Fi and network, monitor for vulnerabilities.

【~】✪System Maintenance: Oversee POS systems, perform regular maintenance, updates, and backups.

【~】✪Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the restaurant's social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TripAdvisor, WhatsApp, etc.

【~】✪Vendor Coordination: Manage IT suppliers and support contracts.

【~】✪Training: Educate staff on IT best practices and system use.
