**Position:** IT Assistant
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Assistant to support the digital transformation. The ideal candidate will assist with the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital systems across all locations.

- Assist in the setup, configuration, and management of hardware and software systems in outlets and the factory.
- Support the integration of point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and other digital platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide training to staff on new digital systems and processes.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operations of all systems.
- Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems, inventory software, and other retail management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to provide clear instructions to non-technical staff.
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and software installation and troubleshooting.
