Vacancy – IT Assistant

We are looking for a responsible and technically skilled IT Assistant with strong knowledge in CCTV operation and monitoring. The ideal candidate should be able to handle daily CCTV observation while fulfilling the requests of the Customer Service Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate the CCTV system effectively

• Handle CCTV-related issues and coordinate repairs when needed with the Admin Department

• Assist with finding lost parcels / theft etc.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge or experience in CCTV operation (mandatory)

• Basic understanding of computer systems

• Ability to work under minimal supervision

• Good communication.

• Previous experience in CCTV or IT support will be an added advantage
