Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations Executive - Ratmalana

We’re one of Sri Lanka’s fastest-growing e-commerce operations, processing a high volume of orders across multiple online stores. We’re looking for a sharp, disciplined, and organised individual to take charge of inventory accuracy, stock arrangement, and pick area readiness in our warehouse.

What You’ll Be Doing

1.Conduct daily, weekly & monthly stock counts

2.Make sure physical stock matches the system (Google Sheets / internal tools)

3.Organize the pick area for maximum speed & efficiency

Label and maintain racks, bins & item locations

4.Replenish pick-faces from bulk storage before stock runs out

Handle item movements, location updates & cycle counts

5.Assist with inbound GRNs and put-away

6.Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment

Work closely with picking, packing & dispatch teams

Report discrepancies, low-stock alerts & operational risks

What We Expect

1.Prior experience in inventory or warehouse operations is a big plus

2.Strong attention to detail & accuracy

3.Ability to work quickly, systematically & under pressure

4.Familiarity with Google Sheets / Microsoft Office and digital tools

5.Physically able to move and reorganise stock

6.Team player with good communication skills
