Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding.

Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines.

Knowledge of molds, machine parameters, and production processes.

Experience in maintaining product quality standards.

Technical or vocational qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage.

Ability to work on shifts when required.

Candidates from Nikaweratiya and surrounding areas are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine setup and process adjustments.

Monitoring production and quality standards.

Troubleshooting machine and mold-related issues.

Ensuring production targets are achieved.

Maintaining workplace safety and cleanliness.

Assisting with preventive maintenance activities.
