We are hiring Import &Administration Executive
A well-established company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Administration & Import Executive to manage and coordinate all activities related to the opening, tracking, and settlement of Letters of Credit (LCs). This role is supporting our import operations and documentation.

• End to end import process management.
• Supplier & Customer Coordination.
• Shipment Monitoring
• Customs Compliance
• Documentation
• Handle confidential information
• Collaboration
• Supplier Chain Optimization
• Issue Resolution
• Record keeping
• Financial oversight
• External Relationship Management
• Internal Collaboration
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Sinhala)
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any other related field
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in LC handling, preferably in a bank or trading/import-export company
• Excellent communication and negotiation skill
• Age limit 25 – 35 years (Female)
• Proficiency in MS Office & familiarity with trade
