- Must be around Katunayaka, Minuwangoda, Negomabo or Gampaha area.
- Develop and execute recipes for a variety of premium cakes, including but not limited to icing cakes, gateau cakes, and specialty cakes.
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of cakes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety standards.
- Extensive experience in baking premium cakes, preferably with a focus on specialty cakes.
- Proficiency in various cake-making techniques, such as fondant work, gum paste flowers, and airbrushing.
- Strong knowledge of cake ingredients, flavors, and trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
