Dhara Plywood Pvt. Ltd., a leading plywood manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, is recruiting for the following positions.

Human Resources Executive Position (Male)

 It is mandatory to recruit employees to fill job vacancies in the organization.

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 Problem solving skills, coordination skills and ability to take responsibility for any task

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong organizational and time management skills.

 Possession of a recognized professional qualification in Human Resource Management.

 Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is essential.

 Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

 2 years of experience in Human Resource Management.

 Overall knowledge of HR functions including sourcing, recruitment, training and development, performance management, compensation.

Age: Below 40 years

Monthly earning between Rs. 60,000/- and Rs. 70,000/-

 විශිෂ්ට සන්නිවේදනය සහ අන්තර් පුද්ගල කුසලතා.

 ශක්තිමත් සංවිධානාත්මක සහ කාල කළමනාකරණ කුසලතා.

 මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය හි පිළිගත් වෘත්තීය සුදුසුකමක් තිබීම.

 කම්කරු නීති සහ රෙගුලාසි පිළිබඳ දැනුම අත්‍යාවශ්‍ය වේ.

 MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) පිළිබඳ ප්‍රවීණතාවය.

 මානව සම්පත් කළමනාකරණය පිලිබඳ වසර 2 ක පළපුරුද්ද.

 මූලාශ්‍රකරණය, බඳවා ගැනීම, පුහුණුව සහ සංවර්ධනය, කාර්ය සාධන කළමනාකරණය, වන්දි ගෙවීම ඇතුළු HR කාර්යයන් පිළිබඳ සමස්ත දැනුම.

පිරිමි අපේක්ෂකයින් සඳහා

වයස: අවුරුදු 40 ට අඩු

මාසික ඉපැයීම රු 60,000/- ත් රු 70,000/- අතර

හොරණ අවටින් විශේෂයි
