
HR Manager
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
• Manage payroll preparation and processing, including salary sheets
• Calculate EPF/ETF contributions in accordance with Sri Lankan labor laws
• Handle overtime, incentives, and allowances calculations
• Maintain employee records including attendance, leave, and salary history
• Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, and interviews
• Manage employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain updated HR records and personnel files
• Assist in performance appraisal processes
• Support training and development programs
Administration
• Handle administrative coordination and documentation
• Liaise with government authorities and legal offices when required
• Perform general administrative tasks assigned by management
Accounts Support
• Maintain basic bookkeeping records (journal entries, ledgers, trial balance)
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts receivable and payable
• Handle petty cash transactions
• Assist with cash flow monitoring
🔹 Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR / Business Management / Accounting / Commerce
OR Professional HR qualification (PQHRM – CIPM, CHRM, CCHRM)
• Accounting qualification (AAT / CMA / ACCA Foundation) will be an added advantage
🔹 Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR policies
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/Payroll software
