Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
A proactive, detail-oriented attitude with willingness to learn
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Provide general administrative support to the HR department
