HR Assistant / HR Intern (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment process and candidate coordination

• Screen CVs and schedule interviews

• Communicate with candidates

• Maintain recruitment records

• Support general HR administrative tasks

Requirements – HR Assistant:

• Minimum 6 months experience in HR or related field

• Following a degree in Business Management, HR, or related field

• Age below 25

• Living in Kiribathgoda or nearby suburbs

• Good communication in English and Sinhala and basic computer knowledge

Requirements – HR Intern:

• No experience required

• Following a degree in Business Management, HR, or related field

• Age below 25

• Living in Kiribathgoda or nearby suburbs

• Willingness to learn recruitment functions
