WPS Inplace (Pvt) Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented **HR Intern – Background Verification** to join our growing HR team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in employee background screening, HR administration, and document management while working in a professional environment.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Support the background verification process by assisting with initial screening activities.
* Review, organize, and maintain employee documents and records.
* Ensure all information is handled with accuracy and strict confidentiality.
* Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate verification procedures.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department.
* Assist in improving and streamlining background verification operations.
### **Requirements**
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree or Professional Qualification in **Human Resources, Business Administration,** or a related discipline.
* Excellent communication skills in **English and Sinhala**. *(Knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.)*
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
* Professional attitude with a high level of integrity, discretion, and customer service orientation.
* Proficient in **Microsoft Office** applications.
