We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR and Operations Intern. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in both human resources and operations, providing exposure to various aspects of the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support new hire onboarding, including preparing documents, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinating with the external hiring team to ascertain open positions, number of joinees, resignations & terminations on a daily and real-time basis.
Please note: Fluency in English is mandatory.
